Souq'd is a peer-to-peer marketplace for buying and selling pre-loved and new items in the UAE. Sellers list items, buyers purchase with secure payment, the item is shipped via Aramex or collected locally, and seller payout is released after the 48-hour inspection window if no dispute is opened.
Tap the "Sell" button, take a photo of your item, and our AI will automatically fill in the title, description, category, condition, and suggested price. Review the details, adjust if needed, set your price, and publish. It's that simple.
When a buyer pays, the funds are held securely. After delivery or confirmed collection, the buyer has 48 hours to inspect the item. If no dispute is opened during that window, funds are released to the seller.
We partner with Aramex for door-to-door delivery across the UAE. Once an item is sold, Aramex collects the parcel from the seller's door and delivers it to the buyer. No trips to the post office needed.
Sellers: free to list and AED 0 seller fee. Buyers pay a buyer protection fee of 5% + AED 2.50, plus shipping where applicable.
After Aramex delivery or confirmed collection, the buyer has a 48-hour inspection window. If no dispute is opened, funds are automatically released to your connected Stripe account. You'll receive a notification when payment is on its way.
If your item arrives damaged, doesn't match the description, or doesn't arrive at all, you can open a dispute from your order page. Our team will review the case and mediate a resolution — either a refund or release of funds to the seller.
